Tk10 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Rules Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tk10 platform, whether through the website tk10.plus or the tk10 mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to discontinue use of the tk10 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use tk10's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously banned from using the tk10 platform due to a terms violation.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration.

Tk10 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time as part of the account verification process (KYC). Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the tk10 platform. Holding more than one account without tk10's authorization is a serious terms violation and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of credit balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Ensure that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify tk10 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Tk10 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the tk10 platform are subject to the following rules:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfer.
• All deposits are credited to your tk10 account within seconds of confirmation.
• Tk10 does not accept cash or cheque deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same member's name.
• All withdrawals undergo standard security checks before being processed.
• Tk10 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving new withdrawals for accounts that have not completed full verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Tk10 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general bonus rules for tk10 are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is allowed.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash.
• Tk10 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Combining two or more bonus offers simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the tk10 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Members agree to comply with the applicable game rules at all times.

• The outcome of all games on tk10 is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified and audited.
• Any technical disruption during an ongoing game session will be resolved based on tk10's system records, which shall be considered final.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• Tk10 reserves the right to cancel or suspend a game in the event of a serious technical issue, and any credit balance will be returned to the member's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the tk10 platform:

• Opening more than one tk10 account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to manipulate tk10 games or systems.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the tk10 platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.

• Spreading false or misleading information about tk10 or its services.

Any member found to have violated any of the above rules will face immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

• Tk10 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, technical failures on the player's end, or external factors beyond tk10's control.
• Members agree that the risk of using the platform is entirely their own responsibility.

10. Account Termination

Members may request the closure of their tk10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before the account closure is processed.

Tk10 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Tk10 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
